Submissions must be original and should not have been published previously or be under consideration for publication while being evaluated for this conference. The submissions must be reviewed by preliminary review and peer-review (double blind)
All the registered and presented papers will be published in the volume of conference proceeding, which will be submitted to Engineering Village (EI), Scopus, Thomson Reuters (WoS) and other databases for review and indexing.
2021 3rd International Conference on Advances in Computer Vision, Image and Virtualization (CVIV 2021) will be held in Shanghai, China during April 23-25, 2021. CVIV 2021 is co-sponsored by Xi'an Jiaotong-Liverpool University, Tokyo University of Science and Cisco Networking Academy.
CVIV is an annual conference which explores the development and implications in the related fields of Computer Vision, Image and Virtualization with an objective to present the novel and fundamental advancements. It also serves to foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of scientific areas with a common interest in improving Computer Vision, Image and Virtualization. Featured with invited speeches and paper presentations, CVIV 2021 sincerely welcome interested researchers and professors to understand the frontier research trends and share latest research results, summarize current work and inspire scientific research ideas, broaden horizons and cultivate scientific research interest.

All manuscripts are subject to blind peer review by competent reviewers in the relevant field and are expected to meet standards of academic excellence. The reviewers identity remain anonymous throughout the process. The review process is as below:
1. Each paper will be subject to preliminary review such as relevance to the conference topics, repeated publication and repeated submission after submission.
2. The conference secretary will inform authors the preliminary review via email around 10-15 days.
3. Once the paper has passed the preliminary review, it will be delivered to reviewed by at least two independent reviewers according to the technicality, content, applicability and etc.
4. The conference secretary will send a notification along with the review comments to authors via email around 3 weeks
